With the aim to help inspire travellers to explore the world again,
luxury travel company Kuoni has released a list of the most eye-catching beaches across the globe.
The ranking was the result of a study that was conducted with the use of eye-tracking software to reveal which locations around the world caught people's eyes the most.
Dubai's Al Sufouh Beach (known locally as Secret Beach) was named the second most eye-catching beach in the world, with Niyama Private Island Beach in the Maldives taking the top spot.
A Kuoni spokesperson said, "This beach is a must-visit for those looking for fantastic views across the water, as well as a glimpse of some of Dubai's most impressive buildings. [It's] the perfect spot for taking in a sunrise or sunset."

The study took 61 natural wonders and beaches from around the globe and tracked users' gazes,
then a sample of 36 people were shown a series of images of different spots. The eye-tracking software calculated the total number of times people looked at different destinations, and the average number of times someone looked at one area was recorded, alongside viewing durations.
