Etihad Airways suspends Madinah flights until March

Flights to the Saudi Arabian city have been temporarily halted for operational reasons

According to a statement posted on Etihad Airways’ website, flights between Abu Dhabi, UAE and Madinah, Saudi Arabia have been cancelled up until 28 March 2022 due to ‘operational reasons’.

The airline went on to say that its teams are actively reaching out to affected travellers to provide them with alternative travel options or full refunds and that it regrets any inconvenience caused to its guests.

Passengers with tickets purchased through a travel agent have been advised to contact the agency from which they purchased their ticket in order to make alternative arrangements..
