Guests can book curated experiences or opt for full island buyout from AED75,000 daily
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab has unveiled Cape Morris, a new private-island destination within Dubai’s World Islands, with full-day exclusive bookings starting from a minimum spend of AED75,000.
Located an hour’s scenic boat ride from the mainland, the destination offers a secluded coastal escape available for private hire and day excursions exclusively to guests of Burj Al Arab and select Jumeirah properties, including Mina A’Salam, Burj Al Marsa and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Opening 10 November 2025, Cape Morris offers guests a choice of private island experiences.
Each option includes a two-hour cruise and a three-hour stay on the island, with travel provided by a 64-foot yacht featuring three cabins and spacious sundecks, departing from Marsa Marina.
The Lunch Experience, for up to 10 guests, features a three-course meal prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Saverio Sbaragli, while The Sunset Experience, available from 2pm to 6pm for up to 20 guests, features live barbecue dining, seafood platters and cocktails.
During both experiences, guests can unwind on the beach, take part in water sports such as paddleboarding and kayaking, or enjoy activities such as beach volleyball and pétanque set against the Dubai skyline.
Prices for both experiences start from AED30,000 for two people, with additional guests able to join on rates starting from AED2,000 per person depending on the package.
The destination is also available for exclusive use with the Make It Yours package, offering a full-day private booking with bespoke dining, enhanced amenities and complimentary water activities, starting from AED75,000.

Located 4km off Dubai’s coast, the World Islands project is made up of several manmade islands designed to resemble a world map, with development led by the Heart of Europe cluster, which anchors current activity with themed destinations such as Sweden, Germany, Monaco and Honeymoon Island.
As of late 2025, a handful of hotels and luxury resorts – including Côte d’Azur Monaco, voco Monaco and Sweden Beach Palace – are open to guests, while more than a dozen properties are slated to launch by 2027, including the 150-key Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection, complete with a one-kilometre climate-controlled street where it rains daily, and the region’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel.
