Alain Ducasse steakhouse among 22 venues set to open in 2027
Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has revealed its first two restaurants, ahead of the highly anticipated resort’s opening in spring 2027.
The US$5.1 billion development features a 70-storey hotel rising 205 metres above sea level, with more than 1,500 rooms, 22 dining venues and what will be the region’s first licensed casino facility.
The initial culinary line-up introduces a French-American steakhouse from legendary chef Alain Ducasse and Delilah, the iconic supper club from Wynn Las Vegas, both set for their Middle East debut.
Ducasse, who has achieved more Michelin stars in his career than any other living chef, described Ras Al Khaimah’s Wynn project as “visionary and ambitious”, adding that he aims “to reinvent the steakhouse concept by reinterpreting the classic American steakhouse fare with a contemporary French flair.”

The venue will span two floors and include design elements by Wynn Design and Development, under Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.
The menu includes Duck Foie Gras Brioche, Cheese Soufflé, steak carved tableside and desserts such as Baked Alaska flambéed at the table, as well as a dedicated ‘Beef Club’ section for steak selections.
Delilah, located on the resort’s first floor, will channel the spirit of 1950s supper clubs, designed for “a one-of-a-kind experience”, according to its curators.
The offering extends beyond cuisine, with nightly live music and exclusive performances alongside a menu featuring signature dishes such as Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, as well as dishes incorporating local ingredients.
Guests can enjoy drinks by the fireplace, with seating to suit both romantic evenings and larger groups.
The broader resort offering includes a five-star spa, fitness centre, shopping parterre, events spaces, live entertainment, a marina with 101 berths for vessels up to 85 metres and 420 metres of private white-sand beach.
For enhanced privacy, the 297-suite Enclave will offer a dedicated drive, exclusive lobby, and a maximum of 15 suites per floor, each designed with a residential layout and dual kitchen pantries for morning and evening service.
Wynn Al Marjan Island sits just 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, on a manmade island with panoramic waterfront access and sandy beaches.
Ras Al Khaimah remains one of the UAE’s fastest-growing destinations, recording a landmark 654,000 overnight arrivals in the first half of 2025, reflecting 6% year-on-year growth compared to 2023.
The emirate aims to attract 3.5 million visitors by 2030, a goal accelerated by the launch of Wynn Al Marjan and other projects, including the multi-branded Mira Coral Bay waterfront destination and a Hard Rock hotel set to open in 2028.
