Saudi Arabia’s low-cost carrier Flyadeal announces network expansion

New seasonal flights will operate to the five additional international destinations between June and July

Flyadeal, the latest low-cost airline and the third-largest carrier in Saudi Arabia, has added five international destinations to its network for summer 2022.

The company is expanding the number of flights to meet consumer demand for destinations, including Amman in Jordan, Tbilisi and Batumi in Georgia, Baku in Azerbaijan and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

Flyadeal chief executive officer Con Korfiatis explained that the new seasonal flights are in line with the airline’s ambitious international and domestic expansion plans.

Flyadeal will also start opertaing flights from Dammam in Saudi Arabia to Cairo. It will operate seven weekly flights, in line with the demand for Cairo flights witnessed in both Riyadh and Jeddah.

During the summer season, Flyadeal will fly to a total of 21 destinations with its modern fleet of 21 aircraft.
