Built opposite Khorfakkan port, the development will feature 75 units, 62 single rooms, five double rooms and eight luxury suites offering views of the Arabian Sea.

Unveiling the details of the project, Shurooq acting CEO Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer said: “The expansive project caters to the ever-growing demand for tourism and leisure experiences on the [UAE’s] East Coast.”

Shurooq’s new project follows the ongoing development of the nature-inspired Lux Al Jabal Resort in Khorfakkan, located on the slopes of Soueifa mountain.

According to Al Qaseer, this project will help to bolster the Sharjah’s touristic appeal and drive its future growth and urban development, creating investment opportunities in several sectors, including entertainment, sports, services and retail, and contributing to a diversified economy.
