Saudi debut to be followed by launches in Lake Como, Paris and Casablanca
Radisson Hotel Group is strengthening its luxury footprint across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, with four new Radisson Collection properties scheduled to open in 2026, led by a debut serviced-apartment property in Riyadh and followed by openings in Lake Como, Paris and Casablanca.
The luxury lifestyle brand’s expansion comes as Radisson Hotel Group targets close to 50 hotels in Saudi Arabia and a broader Middle East portfolio of around 150 properties by 2030, underlining the Kingdom’s role as the engine of its regional growth.
Opening in Q1 2026, Radisson Collection Residence Riyadh will become the group’s third luxury property in the Saudi capital, joining Mansard Riyadh and Nofa Riyadh. Positioned as a high-end serviced-apartment style product for both short- and long-term stays, the property is designed to cater to corporate travellers, relocating executives and extended-stay leisure guests.
The residence will be housed in what is billed as Saudi Arabia’s first Salmani-style architectural tower, blending contemporary lines with traditional Saudi design cues, and located on King Fahad Road in the Al Mutamarat District, around 40 minutes from King Khalid International Airport. It will feature 170 upscale serviced apartments, including eight penthouses and four villas, many with terraces framing views over Riyadh’s evolving skyline.

Amenities have been curated to appeal to both residents and transient guests, with a rooftop pool offering sweeping city views, a 24-hour fitness centre with separate zones for men and women, and a wellness centre providing sauna, steam and whirlpool facilities alongside tailored health programmes, spa treatments and a ladies’ salon. On the F&B side, Emily’s Brasserie will serve all-day international cuisine, complemented by Obi Urban Sushi, a lounge-style venue combining Japanese dishes with crafted cocktails.
Rooted in heritage and local culture, Radisson Collection Residence Riyadh will also tap into brand-wide initiatives such as the ‘Taste of Heritage’ programme, which showcases authentic local recipes and regional culinary collaborations, and the ‘Art of Travel’ philosophy, which curates bespoke experiences inspired by the hotel’s surroundings.
Upcoming Properties: Casablanca, Paris and Lake Como
Beyond Riyadh, three additional Radisson Collection properties are set to open across EMEA in 2026, including one in Morocco, with Lincoln Casablanca expected to debut in the last quarter of the year on Mohammed V Avenue in the historic city centre, within walking distance of the Old Medina. It will revive the iconic Art Deco Lincoln Hotel, built in 1916 and considered one of North Africa’s most important heritage restoration projects.
In Italy, Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como is due to open in the first quarter of the year in the former San Gottardo building in the heart of Como, just steps from the lakefront, with 72 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace with panoramic lake views and a garden.
The brand will also make its debut in the French capital in H2 2026 with Banke Opera Paris, located in a Belle Époque former bank HQ near Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier, where a 90-room full renovation aims to modernise the product while preserving key original details, including a statement staircase attributed to Gustave Eiffel.
These 2026 openings follow what the group describes as a milestone year in 2025, when five Radisson Collection hotels joined the portfolio, taking the brand to around 40 luxury properties worldwide and consolidating its presence in key European and resort markets. Additional Radisson Collection openings are already lined up for 2027, including a Red Sea debut at Port Phoenice in Egypt, a first resort in Bali, Indonesia, and a second address in Paris.
