Managing Director Mohamed Saeed and team celebrate leading Middle East trade partners
The second edition of the Royal Caribbean Arabia Awards at Sea took place on board Allure of the Seas from 16 to 19 October 2025.
Royal Caribbean Arabia’s leading Middle East’s trade partners were honoured in the ceremony, which was part of a thrilling itinerary that began in Rome, ended in Barcelona and included a visit to Naples, a full-length production of the hit West End show Mamma Mia!, and Flowrider surfing sessions.
Hosted by Royal Caribbean Arabia Managing Director Mohamed Saeed, the award categories included Royal Rising Star award recognising emerging talents in the trade; the Royal Pinnacle award celebrating partners who have consistently delivered outstanding performances; the Royal Ambassador award for those who embody the spirit of Royal Caribbean and share their extensive knowledge with the industry, and the Middle East Sales Champion of the Year.
“This event is more than a ceremony, it’s a celebration of partnership, because behind every booking, every first-time cruiser, and every unforgettable vacation stands an agent who believed in our brand,” said Saeed.

The Middle East Sales Champion of the Year winner is Cruise Makers by MTC.
Cruise Center, Cruise Master, Cruisexplore and TBO.com took home Royal Ambassador awards.
Royal Pinnacle awards went to Al Faris Int’l Travel & Tourism; Aljawla Alsaeeda; Click Luxury Travel; Darwish Travel Co and Dnata Travel Group (Middle East).
Royal Rising Stars included Almosafer Travel, Calm Getaways Travel & Tourism, Easy Travel & Tours, GPS Travel, and Ibtekar Travel & Tourism.

Presenting the awards, Connecting Travel Editorial Director Sarah Hedley Hymers said: “Mohamed Saeed and his team at Royal Caribbean Arabia created these awards not only to recognise and reward excellence within the industry, but also inspire it.
“The event is testament to their commitment to Royal Caribbean as a brand and their passion to drive the Middle East cruise market forward. It’s an honour to celebrate the winners with them.”
Commenting on the cruise line’s future, Saeed confirmed there was much in store: “In summer 2026, we’ll welcome the legendary Legend of the Seas, the third Icon Class ship and the first of its kind inaugurating in Europe.
“Then in 2027, the revolutionary Icon 4 joins our fleet, and in 2028, Icon 5 will follow. Each ship will push boundaries, creating new opportunities and inviting more travellers to experience the best holidays at sea. That’s not just expansion, it’s momentum. And it means more capacity, more destinations and more chances for our partners to grow with us.”
