The recognition highlights his commitment to empowering local communities, a focus reflected in Sun Siyam’s recently launched apprenticeship programme, which offers young Maldivians practical training and pathways to careers in hospitality.
The Dubai summit also saw the launch of the Golden Wing of Peace Movement, an initiative advancing conscious leadership and community-driven business models.
The gala featured Wings of Harmony fashion showcases by Egyptian designer Nadine Ellithy and a keynote address by His Excellency General Dr Mohammed Al Shamsi, spotlighting the UAE as a beacon for coexistence and cultural diplomacy.
Previously hosted in London, Scotland, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, the Global Peace Institute’s Dubai edition underscored growing links between hospitality, leadership, and peace.
