The Pods dining concept to open on Dubai's Bluewaters Island

Restaurant and bar The Pods

is set to open on Duabi's Bluewaters Island on 1 May.

Featuring 22 private pods of different sizes, the restaurant has the capacity to seat up to 168 diners in an "intimate and personalised" atmosphere. The restaurant and bar will serve pan-Asian cuisine, with a menu featuring Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes.

aking the inside to the outdoors", The Pods' air-conditioned spaces feature decor incuding abundant greenery, a large central table and seating in the form of a rounded plush sofa.

Located adjacent to the pedestrian bridge connected to JBR, The Pods also offers sweeping views of Dubai's skyline.
