Ultra-luxury Dubai Peninsula to feature superyacht marina and lush parkland
Dubai developer H&H has unveiled Dubai Peninsula, a new ultra-luxury waterfront destination along the Jumeirah coastline set to debut the first Aman and Rosewood hotels in the emirate. The project will also feature a world-class superyacht marina and a promenade lined with high-end retail and dining venues.
Located beside the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Bay and Dubai Canal, Dubai Peninsula is envisioned as a refined enclave blending beachfront leisure, cultural experiences and contemporary design.
Aman will bring its signature understated luxury to the destination with an all-suite beachfront resort comprising around 100 keys and 82 branded residences, designed by Kerry Hill Architects. Scheduled to open in 2027, the low-rise property will occupy nine acres of landscaped gardens and feature a minimalist aesthetic that weaves in Arabian influences. Facilities will include a private beach with views of the city skyline and Dubai Canal, an Aman Spa, members-only Aman Club and curated dining venues.
Rosewood will follow with the launch of its first Dubai property, a 195-key beachfront hotel accompanied by 63 branded residences and eight private garden villas, targeting completion in 2029.
Designed as both a luxurious retreat and a social hub, the property will feature a private beach, seaside beach club, four signature restaurants, a wellness centre and the Rosewood Explorers Club for children. The hotel is expected to host a regular programme of art, music and culinary events.
Beyond the hotels, Dubai Peninsula will offer a superyacht marina forming the destination’s vibrant social hub, framed by landscaped promenades, fashion ateliers and waterfront restaurants.
On the opposite shoreline, a beach club will provide sweeping views of the coastline and skyline. At the centre, a network of shaded pathways and lush parkland will create a walkable oasis connecting leisure, nature and architecture.
