Sun Secret targets affluent travellers with new Dubai penthouse
Sun Secret, a specialist in ultra-luxury villa rentals and concierge services, is set to launch its first Private Collection property in the Gulf in the first quarter of 2026, with plans to open more high-end properties in the region. The move marks a strategic step in the company’s regional growth plans and reflects rising demand from high-net-worth travellers in the GCC.
Sun Secret’s global portfolio spans exclusive villas, apartments, ski chalets, yachts, private jets and bespoke concierge services, with The Private Collection representing the premium tier of its offering. The company currently lists 16 properties in Dubai, underlining the emirate’s importance as a key hub for its clientele.

The first Private Collection address in the region will be the K31 Penthouse, a four-bedroom, 480-square-metre residence crowning the S Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, offering sweeping views across Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
Designed for privacy and space, the penthouse accommodates up to eight guests and features a spacious open-air terrace overlooking Palm Jumeirah, a private gym and spa, an outdoor cinema and generously-sized infinity pool.
Founded in 2018 to serve high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), Sun Secret reports that more than a quarter of its clients are now based in the Gulf region, prompting the decision to open a regional office as it looks to deepen long-term relationships.
Founder Alfredo Miraglia described the GCC office as “an exciting new chapter”, adding that “our fast-growing numbers of GCC clientele are seeking more than luxury; they are looking for authenticity, cultural understanding and a sense of belonging.”
Beyond Dubai, The Private Collection includes a six-villa estate in Italy, a seven-bedroom pool villa in Thailand and a 15-bedroom heritage villa on the French Riviera. Together, these properties target ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) travellers seeking bespoke stays in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations.
