Sunset Hospitality CEO says restaurant will serve true Chinese cuisine that does not yet exist in Dubai
Dubai’s Address Beach Resort, JBR has bolstered its culinary offering by welcoming Hong Kong-founded and globally renowned restaurant Mott 32.
The concept, located on the 73rd floor of the hotel, is named after the address of Manhattan’s first Chinese convenience store and reflects the culture and food of modern Hong Kong, marrying traditional Chinese cookery and modern culinary innovation.
Mott 32’s signature dishes include the famed Mott 32 apple wood roasted Peking duck, which takes 48 hours to prepare and is carved alongside diners' tables; jasmine flower-smoked black cod and freshly made dim sum, as well as some on-trend plant-based signatures.
