The 128-day voyage covers 29 countries and 63 destinations
Explora Journeys has opened reservations for its first-ever world cruise, a 128-day journey aboard Explora I set to depart from Dubai on 6 January 2029. The ultra-luxury voyage will cover four continents, 29 countries and 63 destinations before concluding in Barcelona on 14 May 2029, marking the brand’s longest continuous itinerary to date.
Among the few world cruises to begin in Dubai, the sailing reinforces Explora Journeys’ growing commitment to the Middle East, with the line set to debut its Red Sea and Arabian Peninsula itineraries from December 2026 to March 2027.
Titled Endless Worlds, Explora’s east-to-west Grand Journey will follow ancient trade routes that once linked cultures and continents. Traversing the Indian, Pacific and Atlantic oceans, the itinerary takes guests from Arabia to Asia, Oceania and the Americas, before a final European finale in Spain. Highlights include the Great Barrier Reef, Machu Picchu, New Zealand’s fjords, Easter Island and a transit through the Panama Canal.
Endless Worlds is divided into seven bookable sectors, described by the brand as “individual passages that together form a single, continuous narrative.” This allows guests to join for a specific segment or complete the full circumnavigation. Embarkation and disembarkation points include Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, Auckland, Tahiti, Valparaiso, Miami and New York.
