SO/ Hotels property to feature a beach club, five dining venues and a focus on wellness
Ennismore will debut its first all-inclusive lifestyle resort in Ras Al Khaimah later in 2025 with the opening of SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, marking the fashion-focused brand’s inaugural property outside Europe and its first in the UAE’s northernmost emirate.
Set at the entrance to Al Marjan Island along a shoreline of desert, mangroves and mountains, the all-new property blends coastal charm with a playful, fashion-forward vibe.
It will feature 257 rooms and suites across seven categories, some including private pools or terraces and all offering uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea.
Interiors draw inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s landscapes, layering sunset oranges, sandy stone shades, ocean teal and lush greens with light walnut wood, sandstone joinery and bronze accents for warmth and comfort.
Guests can choose from five distinct culinary experiences curated by Ennismore’s Global F&B Platform. These include The Market, serving casual fare from breakfast through dinner, Italian dining at Chiano and Levantine flavours at Hadaba.
Speciality restaurant Floating World will serve Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine, while Savant, perched on the 10th floor, will offer craft cocktails and live entertainment.
Two pool bars, Cabini and the adults-only Bungalow, plus an independent beach club round out the F&B offering.
Wellbeing is a focus at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, with a spa, treatment rooms, sauna, cold water pool and a fully equipped gym offering complimentary classes.
Nearby, guests will find seven golf courses within a 11-kilometre radius, as well as activities including sunrise dune walks, horse riding and kayaking.
