As the sun dips, groups are guided to The Nomad Garden itself, a tree-fringed outdoor dining space styled with heritage-inspired decor and softly lit pathways. Here, guests are greeted with traditional Arabic coffee and dates before sitting down to a three-course dinner in a setting that balances Bedouin charm with polished, restaurant-level service.

Dinner: The menu, crafted in collaboration with JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, showcases Arabic cuisine using traditional Bedouin zarb barbecue methods, with slow-cooked lamb as a signature highlight. 

Service begins with freshly baked Arabic breads and a spread of mezze and hot and cold starters, followed by generous mains of slow-cooked meats, including tender lamb, and finishes with a Dubai chocolate-inspired kunafeh and Arabic sweets, accompanied by Moroccan mint tea. A fully stocked, payable bar runs throughout the evening.

Entertainment continues after dinner, as guests relocate to sunken fire pits to unwind under the night sky, wrapped in blankets as temperatures fall. Live oud music provides a mellow soundtrack before a dramatic fire show lights up the dunes with choreographed performances that feel tailored to the intimate scale of the venue.

For those keen to stretch the experience into the next day, a limited number of upscale tented cabins sit just beyond the main dining area, turning the evening into an overnight desert escape. Stays include a comfortable night in the desert and a catered breakfast the following morning, creating an easy add-on for honeymooners, special occasions or high-value FIT bookings.
