Cancellations

Cancellation charges are applied according to the timelines outlined in the Cancellation Fee Schedule. Bookings cancelled more than 90 days before sailing incur no penalties. Fees vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Guests cancelling 75 to 89 days prior to departure forfeit only their deposit, while cancellations made closer to sailing are subject to higher fees, up to the full fare if within 14 days of departure. All cancellation requests must be made by travel agents directly to the Reservations Department. Please note that charges may apply even if the booking is not cancelled in full. Current terms are valid at the time of printing.
