Expedia introduces 25% savings on hotels for TAAP advisors

Expedia Group has launched its 2026 Spring Deals through the Travel Agent Affiliate Programme (TAAP), offering GCC-based travel advisors exclusive savings of 25% or more on thousands of hotels worldwide. Rolled out in Gulf countries in 2025, the programme gives travel agent partners across the region access to limited-time discounts designed to support peak booking periods.

The sale covers properties across top global destinations, enabling agents to meet client demand for spring, summer and early autumn travel. Advisors can book until 16 March 2026 for stays up to 30 September 2026, positioning the offer for both advance planners and late bookers.

Expedia TAAP also provides agents with instant booking confirmation, including for last-minute stays, helping them respond quickly and confidently to time-sensitive traveller requests.

First launched in the UAE in 2025, the platform allows regional travel agents to make seamless bookings and earn commission on total booking value, supported by user-friendly tools and co-branded marketing materials aimed at helping agencies grow. The programme offers access to more than 3 million accommodations in over 200 countries and territories, alongside inventory from more than 500 airlines, 110 car rental companies and around 170,000 activities and experiences.

Among the latest enhancements to the programme are updates to its ‘book now, pay later’ feature, allowing advisors in the region to defer payment for trips for up to 365 days, up from 280 days. Expedia says the extended window supports early-bird deals and clients planning further in advance, while helping advisors better manage cash flow. 

A further update enables agents to apply a service charge of up to 30% on bookings within the TAAP platform, adding an extra revenue stream for agencies.
