All-suite beachfront Dubai property to debut on 1 September 2026
Six Senses has opened reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, with stays at the resort available from 1 September 2026. The opening will mark the brand’s UAE debut and its fourth property in the Middle East, joining existing resorts in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
Located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the all-suite beachfront resort will comprise 61 suites overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s skyline, with a strong focus on wellness. Guests can arrive by land, sea or helicopter, with Dubai International Airport (DXB) around 35 minutes away and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) within 25 minutes.
Designed using biophilic materials and natural textures, the resort blends serenity with sustainability, featuring shaded gardens, palm-filled courtyards and water features leading down to a private beach. Architecture by Cape Town–based firm SAOTA draws inspiration from regional design traditions, with interiors combining stone, timber and sand-toned finishes with subtle local accents.
Suites are bathed in natural light, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, some complete with pools.
Wellness lies at the heart of the resort. The 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness centre will offer treatments combining traditional therapies with modern longevity science, supported by diagnostics and personalised programmes. Facilities will include a longevity clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar where guests can create bespoke blends, and dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces for yoga and meditation, guided by in-house experts and Visiting Practitioners.
Leisure facilities will include a library, swimming pools, gaming rooms and curated activities for young travellers. Dining will be spread across four restaurants and bars, each following the brand’s Eat with Six Senses philosophy. Menus will spotlight locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce, with simple preparations designed to highlight authentic flavours.

In line with the UAE’s 2030 Green Agenda, sustainability will be central to operations at Six Senses The Palm. Targeting LEED certification, the property will implement water-efficient systems and waste reduction initiatives, while the on-site Earth Lab will host interactive workshops on sustainable living. A dedicated Sustainability Fund will also support community-led projects, ensuring that the resort’s positive impact extends beyond its boundaries.
Guests will be able to choose from a range of experiences, from wellness immersions and shared dining experiences to explorations of Dubai’s marine landscapes. Families will be welcomed through the Grow With Six Senses programme, which nurtures the six dimensions of wellness: social, environmental, physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual.
The development will also include 172 privately owned branded residences.
Regionally, Six Senses continues to expand with three upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia and Israel: Six Senses Amaala, set to open later in 2026, followed by Six Senses Wadi Safar and Six Senses Tel Aviv in 2027. Internationally, the brand will debut in the UK with the opening of Six Senses London on 1 March 2026.
