Saudi and UAE travellers gain expanded earning opportunities through new banking partnerships
Radisson Rewards, the global loyalty programme of Radisson Hotel Group, is strengthening its presence in the Middle East through new banking partnerships in Gulf countries, offering members expanded earning and redemption opportunities.
As part of its growth strategy in high-potential markets, the group has partnered with Al Rajhi Bank in Saudi, alongside HSBC in the UAE and Qatar. These collaborations enable bank customers to seamlessly convert their loyalty points into Radisson Rewards points, unlocking access to bonus earning offers on everyday spend. The move is designed to increase engagement with regional travellers and enhance member value.
Through the integration, Al Rajhi’s mokafaa members, for example, can instantly transfer points to Radisson Rewards to redeem for hotel stays and lifestyle experiences at more than 1,600 properties globally. Upcoming openings include Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como in Italy, just steps from the waterfront, and the 90-room Banke Opera Paris, near Galeries Lafayette.
Radisson Rewards has surpassed 27 million members within just three years, highlighting the programme’s rapid expansion and growing appeal among international travellers. In 2025, the group achieved record development in India, signing 33 new hotels and entering 11 new cities.

Further enriching its guest ecosystem, Radisson Rewards has extended its partnership with GetYourGuide, the global booking platform for tours, attractions and activities. Members in all markets can now earn Radisson Rewards points for every US dollar spent on experiences booked through the platform, widening the ways they can earn and redeem rewards.
“These partnerships reflect our commitment to expanding Radisson Rewards beyond hotel stays and creating a truly global lifestyle program,” said Ana Martinez de Velasco, Global Director, Radisson Rewards at Radisson Hotel Group. “By integrating with leading brands across banking, travel, and retail, we are giving our members more ways to earn, more ways to engage, and more reasons to stay loyal.”
The expansion of Radisson Rewards accompanies the Radisson Hotel Group’s continued growth across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. The group currently operates over 1,600 hotels worldwide, offering members an ever-broader network of destinations for point redemption.
In the Middle East, Radisson’s regional pipeline surpasses 8,000 keys across operational and upcoming properties. The group is targeting close to 50 hotels in Saudi by 2030, with the Radisson Collection Residence Riyadh slated to open in Q1 2026. The new property will offer a premium serviced-apartment concept catering to both short- and long-stay guests.
Looking ahead, Radisson will open a beachfront hotel on Ras Al Khaimah’s Marjan Island in 2027, featuring 280 keys, four dining outlets and a private beach. In Egypt, the Radisson Collection Resort, Marsa Alam and another Radisson Collection property at Port Phoenice on the Red Sea are set to debut in 2027.
Strengthening its appeal for business and leisure travellers alike, the group is also investing in AI-powered meeting solutions and introducing locally inspired dining concepts to deepen cultural connections and enhance guest experience across its Middle East portfolio.
