Studio Frantzé at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm has reopened under a new concept as Brasserie Frantzén, joining Frantzén Group’s global brasserie collection. The relaunch introduces a refined menu and refreshed interiors, offering a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience.
Helmed by acclaimed chef Björn Frantzén, the restaurant blends French and Asian cuisines with Nordic elements. Highlights from the new menu include a decadent lobster roll served on brioche and beef carpaccio, topped with foie gras and ponzu sauce. Signature mains feature a classic steak with pepper sauce, wagyu beef burger and mussels à la crème.
Guests can pair their meals with selections from the restaurant’s cellar, home to more than 1,300 wine labels, before concluding dinner with a visit to the candy room, featuring hand-selected desserts.
In addition to à la carte dining, Brasserie Frantzén offers ’The Luncheon’ every Saturday and Sunday from 12:30pm to 4pm. The experience includes a two-course menu with one side for AED195 (US$50), with an optional beverage package priced at AED245 (US$65), featuring wine, cocktails, champagne and mocktails.
The venue also hosts a daily ’happiest hour’ from 5pm to 7pm at its 40-seat bar, serving a curated selection of six classic cocktails starting from AED50 (US$13), including Aperol Spritz, Lychee Martini, Daiquiri and more. A selection of bar bites is also available, priced at AED45 (US$12), with options such as short rib beef skewers, veal tartare toast and gougères made with choux and aged cheese.

In Dubai, we have cultivated a strong community of diners who are seeking relaxed, social dining environments, making this a natural progression.”
Alongside Brasserie Frantzén, the Swedish chef also operates FZN by Björn Frantzén, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant with a nine-course tasting menu in Atlantis, The Palm.
Beyond Frantzén’s venues, Atlantis, The Palm is enhancing its culinary offerings across the resort, including Ossiano, the hotel’s one-Michelin-starred restaurant, which recently appointed a new Executive Chef, Remy Marquignon, and debuted a nine-course menu.
