Brasserie Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm will mark International Women’s Day on 8 March 2026 with a curated four-course tasting menu. Part of Atlantis Dubai’s acclaimed dining portfolio, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant is helmed by Swedish chef Björn Frantzén.
Priced at AED395 (US$105) per person, the experience will be served from 12:30pm to 4pm, and later from 6pm to 11pm. Guests can also order à la carte throughout the day.
Dinner will begin with a duo of oysters, classic and Rockefeller-style, followed by seabass ceviche featuring ponzu-marinated strawberries, salted turnips and myoga.
For the main course, diners can choose between Brasserie Frantzén’s signature seabass, topped with butter sauce, anchovy and caviar, or a lamb rack finished with grilled cucumber, jus and wasabi. Each main is accompanied with a green salad and a deep-fried Hasselback potato with browned butter and cream cheese.

Guests can pair their meal with a strawberry cocktail and finish with a classic vanilla crème brûlée. Throughout the day, a rock ’n’ roll soundtrack creates a lively dining experience.
The celebration follows the venue’s recent rebrand from Studio Frantzén to Brasserie Frantzén in January 2026, which introduced refreshed interiors and new dishes, including a lobster roll served on brioche and beef carpaccio.
First launched in 2024, the restaurant has earned multiple industry accolades, becoming the first establishment in Dubai’s 2025 Michelin Guide to earn three stars.
Across Atlantis’ resorts, restaurants have introduced themed holiday menus, including Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, which is hosting a special Ramadan package for 2026.
